A Collage of Characters and Trap
There are two key consideration when we are deciding what to put into the game - relatable and fun. We choose to use common objects that are around us because we want both the child and parent to recognize them, draw connections and identify their intention easily. The colour used are vibrant and striking to catch player's attention and the animation are slightly exaggerated to bring out a casual vibe.

The Main Menu
Here we show hint about the simple premise of the game - child working with their parent to defeat the evil. All option are accompanied by a object to provide some context and provide an artistic consistency to all the scenes in game.

Setup Phase

Runner Phase
We opt for a clean and slick layout design for the gameplay scene to allow player to focus on the actions happening, important information such as button and number of the traps and number of enemy waves left are highlighted with standout bold.

Losing Scene
We added in some humour at the lose scene to help ease the frustration when players fail to pass the level, we agree on how this could be a good opportunity to share some fun cultural facts.
